To create a new high-end brand, popularizing hungarian alcoholic beverage Palinka for an american gourmet audience who does not yet know the story of palinka.
To show the 600 years ol manufacturing process, but don't go too medieval. Mix folk art with modern themes, but don't get too tacky and don't overuse it.
